Payment Option

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and Check
  • Payment by check is acceptable. However, if we receive a non-sufficient funds check, your credit card will be billed for the amount of your check plus a $35 service fee.
  • The innkeepers reserve the right to require a two-night minimum during the peak season and other times of the year


  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Smoking in a non-designated smoking area will result in an extra charge added to your stay.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • We are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) day notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation regardless of the reason. If we can rebook your room(s), a refund less a $35 service charge will be made.
  • We understand that cancellations may be beyond your control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind. You can purchase travel insurance through iTravelInsured or most major credit cards already offer travel insurance to their customers.
  • A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, multiple room bookings, and for some holidays and special events. A $50/room/night non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of reservation on all multiple room bookings with the remainder charged 30 days before the stay. Any rooms canceled within 30 days of the stay will be refunded less the deposit if we can rebook.
  • Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be made by telephone and verbally acknowledged.
  • Rates are subject to change.


  • Out of consideration for our guests, only children ages 12 and over are welcome. 


  • No pets of any kind allowed except for service animals. Innkeepers do have cats; please inform us if you are allergic to them.


  • Our posted room rates do not include a 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.   
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • All rates are based on double occupancy.  An additional fee of $25 per person will be charged for extra guests.  

Guest Arrival

  • 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Please call ahead to make arrangements for late arrivals.  Early check-in may be available for an additional $25; call ahead to inquire about this option.

  Guest Departure

  • 11:30 am. Late departure (no later then 12:30 pm) may be available for an additional $25; advance notice is required.


  • We have a 10-day cancellation notice. At the time your reservation is made, a deposit equal to one night (per room) will be billed to your credit card. A deposit guarantees the entire period reserved and will be credited to the last night reserved. Please check with the innkeeper for any exceptions to this policy.
